Job Overview

Primarily responsible for creating content that sells, educates and informs about the GetBusy product, features and its benefits, whilst motivating and inspiring action.


  • To write, edit and publish/produce product, sales and support content across a wide variety of digital mediums.
  • Produce informational content, videos, help guides and training materials that promotes learning and self-service education.
  • Co-write scripts, speaking points and produce content for webinars and presentations.
  • Create content for videos, gifs, case studies, websites, blogs, social media, advertising, email campaigns, e-books, whitepapers and podcasts.
  • Identify, update and improve outdated material.
  • Learn technical concepts quickly in order to distill and break down complex concepts for customers and apply them to real use cases.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Marketing and Product Teams.
  • Work within brand guidelines and in line with wider marketing messaging to ensure consistency.

Skills, experience and character:

  • 2 years minimum experience of creating high-quality product-related, educational and/or branded content and copy, and recording and editing videos.
  • A degree qualification or equivalent is preferred - one of the following areas would be beneficial: journalism, communications, creative, or business.
  • Any experience of SaaS and/or a passion for technology would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency creating content in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with screen capture and video editing software such as Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, Vidyard or similar.
  • Good, creative and confident writer, with strong grammatical and spelling accuracy.
  • A great eye for detail, methodical and highly organised.
  • Proactive and resourceful.
  • Able to coordinate multiple projects at same time.
  • Able to work and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Like to learn and improve own skills.
