Attach documents and files

You can attach as many files and documents (up to 200MB each) to any GetBusy task. This ensures all related documentation associated with a task is kept neatly and securely in one place for easy reference, retrieval and storage.

Clear ownership of tasks

In GetBusy only one person can be assigned to task. This gives 100% clarity to who the task sits with. Once a person has finished their part of the task it can be reallocated if needed. Think of it as a seamless digital relay where only one person can have the baton at a time.

Always know what you need to do

'Assigned to me' gives you a smart view of all the tasks you need to do, respond to or make a decision on. Drag these into priority order and use it to ensure you're always working on the most urgent or important items first.

Pause or complete tasks to communicate progress

If you've completed a task, simply mark it as 'complete' so everyone involved knows. If you've created a task for someone else you can approve or decline its completed status. Pausing tasks will let others know when you'll get round to working on them.
